2021 Health Check Program

The 2021 Health Check Program is an 8 week program designed to assist you in building your 2021 strategic plan.  The program consists of eight 2 hour workshops where participants will engage in strategic planning exercises resulting in the development of a comprehensive 2021 business plan complete with objectives, strategies and related tactical actions.

Each workshop will build upon the prior activity and participants will be asked to complete assignments between workshop sessions in order to stay on track for overall plan completion.  Participants will be provided with program tools and content templates for simplifying plan creation and for capturing input from critical thinking and coaching activities.

Program participants will be asked to maintain confidentiality associated with their program participation.  As such, all participants will benefit from the free sharing of ideas and peer level input.

Upon completion of the program, participants will have completed a 2021 strategic plan including the following:

Market Overview and Analysis

Objectives, Strategies and Tactical Actions

Plan of Record identifying completion targets for Tactical Actions

A 2021 Marketing Campaign Calendar

A Product/Service offering overview including defining core value propositions for all products and services

A complete list of quantitative and qualitative Key Performance Indicators

A communications plan to focus plan sharing amongst internal personnel and partners
