James C. Sharp

Senior Technology Leader

James Sharp is an accomplished executive in the business software, office document imaging and information technology industries. He has extensive leadership experience in sales, marketing, go-to-market strategies, operations, and mergers and acquisitions. Jim is recognized for his strength in developing growth strategies that focus on reversing negative business trends and generating revenue growth.


As a member of the Canon Solutions America Inc. Board of Directors and the Management Committee, Jim successfully led the company post-merger integration and operational turnaround transforming significant pre-integration losses into profits. In addition, Mr. Sharp built the Software Professional Services Organization integrating three business units and establishing a shared services support center resulting in significant cost savings, enhanced employee engagement, and improved customer satisfaction.


Jim is recognized as a leader who builds and develops high performance teams that are highly motivated and engaged. His success can be attributed to his ability to effectively turn strategy into action through the use of data analytics and the application of best practices. 

Talia Barnes

Graphic Designer + Artist

Responsible for the creation of Dendog Strategy Insights corporate logos, marketing content, website and branding approach, Talia Barnes is a multimedia artist and designer with a BA in Studio Art and English from Dickinson College. She currently works as a graphic designer for Penn State University and spends her spare time experimenting with art forms ranging from photography to comics.

Cliff Sobel

Cliff is en entrepreneur and creative design expert having built and managed multiple businesses through his career.  During a span of 25 years, Cliff's company, The Phoenix Group, was responsible for creating online education, training and marketing content for some of the most respected Global Corporations. Taking a consultant based approach to his work, Cliff and his team weren't just focused on completing projects, but in understanding they key value drivers for their client's respective businesses, translating these into targeted marketing approaches and pinpoint training.

Moving on from the Phoenix Group, Cliff founded The Streamcast Network, an organization focused on leveraging live streaming as a primary vehicle for marketing content creation.  With live video streaming expected to be in excess of 80% of all internet content by 2022, The Streamcast Network is ideally positioned to help clients incorporate this medium into their marketing mix, thereby taking advantage of the power of live content to capture greater awareness and click through rates from prospective customers.
